Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with DeezTeezPleez! Every item is printed to order just for you, so here's what to expect.
Production time Orders are made to order and usually take 3–7 business days to produce before they ship. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.
Delivery time Once your order ships, delivery in the United States usually takes 5–10 business days. From the day you order to the day it arrives, plan on about 8–17 business days in total. These are estimates, and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you live and what you ordered.
Order tracking When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Multiple items If you order several items, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. This is normal.
International orders If we ship to your country, delivery times may be longer. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the order total.
Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it.
Lost or damaged packages If your package shows as delivered but you didn't get it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
